  • Inner core made from extremely strong Ultralight™ 7075 T-6 aluminum—the same alloy used on the standard Renthal sprocket—for a base that is both robust and lightweight.
  • Outer ring in steel with electroless nickel plating, designed to provide superior durability while being machined with a minimum of material to reduce weight as much as possible.
  • The outer ring is expanded at 200 °C before being assembled onto the inner core; this assembly process, combined with the wavy profile, ensures a permanent bond throughout the life of the chain.
  • Flat-head bolts providing enhanced protection against lateral impacts and eliminating any contact with the chain guide, improving impact resistance without compromising performance.
  • Mud-shedding, self-cleaning grooves between each tooth prevent the buildup of debris, limit wear, and help reduce the sprocket's overall weight.
