  • The inner section is machined from Ultralight™ 7075 T-6 aluminum, a high-strength alloy identical to that used for the standard Renthal sprocket.
  • The outer section is made from chemically nickel-plated steel to provide superior durability, while being engineered with the minimum amount of material to keep weight to an absolute minimum.
  • The outer shell is expanded at 200°C before being assembled onto the inner section; this construction process, combined with the waves, ensures a permanent bond throughout the life of the chain.
  • Flat-head screws reinforce the sprocket's resistance to lateral impacts and eliminate any contact with the chain guide.
  • Mud-shedding, self-cleaning grooves between each tooth prevent the buildup of debris, reduce wear, and help lighten the sprocket.
  • Service life is three times longer than that of any standard all-aluminum sprocket, while remaining significantly lighter than a fully steel sprocket.
