  • The inner section is made from Ultralight™ 7075 T‑6 aluminum — very strong, identical to that used for the standard Renthal sprocket.
  • The outer section is made from steel plated with chemical nickel for superior durability, with a design that minimizes material to keep weight as low as possible.
  • The outer ring is expanded at 200 °C before being pressed onto the inner section; this manufacturing process, combined with the corrugations, ensures a permanent bond for the life of the chain.
  • Flat-head screws increase the chain's resistance to lateral impacts and eliminate any contact with the chain guide.
  • Mud-shedding, self-cleaning grooves placed between each tooth prevent the buildup of dirt and help reduce both wear and the weight of the sprocket/chain.
  • Provides up to three times the lifespan of standard all-aluminum sprockets while remaining significantly lighter than a fully steel sprocket.
