  • The inner section is machined from Ultralight™ 7075 T-6 aluminum, a very strong alloy also used for the standard Renthal sprocket, providing stiffness and lightness.
  • The outer section is made from treated steel plated with chemical nickel for enhanced durability, and its design minimizes the amount of material to reduce weight as much as possible.
  • The outer face is thermally expanded to 200 °C before being assembled onto the inner section; this manufacturing process, combined with the corrugations, ensures a permanent bond for the lifetime of the chain.
  • Flat-head screws reinforce the assembly's resistance to lateral impacts while avoiding any contact with the chain guide, thus preserving the system's operation and integrity.
  • Mud-shedding, self-cleaning grooves placed between each tooth prevent dirt buildup, reduce wear, and help lighten the sprocket.
  • Service life is up to three times longer than that of standard fully machined aluminum sprockets, while remaining significantly lighter than a fully steel sprocket.
