  • The inner core is machined from high-strength Ultralight™ 7075 T-6 aluminum, the same alloy used for standard Renthal sprockets.
  • The outer ring, made from electroless nickel-plated steel, offers superior durability and is optimized with minimal material to keep weight as low as possible.
  • The outer section is expanded to 200°C before being assembled onto the inner element; this construction method, combined with a wavy profile, ensures a permanent bond throughout the life of the sprocket.
  • Flat-head bolts provide increased resistance to side impacts and eliminate any contact with the chain guide.
  • Self-cleaning anti-mud grooves between each tooth prevent dirt build-up and reduce both wear and chain weight.
  • Service life up to three times longer than standard all-aluminum sprockets, with significantly lower weight than an all-steel sprocket.
