Flat‑head bolts, more resistant to lateral impacts, with no contact with the chainguide. Self‑cleaning anti‑mud grooves. Up to 3× more durable than aluminum, much lighter than all‑steel.

  • The inner section is made from Ultralight™ 7075 T-6 very high-strength aluminum, the same material used for the standard Renthal sprocket
  • The outer section is engineered from electroless nickel-plated steel for superior durability, with a minimal amount of material to keep the weight as low as possible
  • The outer part is expanded to 200 °C before being assembled onto the inner part; this construction method, combined with the wavy interface, ensures a permanent bond for the entire life of the chain
  • Flat-head bolts provide additional strength to the chain during side impacts and eliminate any contact with the chain guide
  • Self-cleaning anti-mud grooves between each tooth prevent dirt build-up and reduce both wear and the weight of the chain
  • Three times the lifespan of standard all-aluminum sprockets, at a much lower weight than an all-steel sprocket
