Supplied raw and pre‑drilled — ready to sand, prime and paint; direct bolt‑on replacement. Satin‑finish spacers included (black or chrome). Made in USA. Fits OEM 110/90‑B19 tire; not compatible with inverted forks. Minor surface oxidation may occur.
