The Magnum XR handlebar installation kit offers precise fit and economical quality. It includes throttle and idle cables or throttle-by-wire extensions, a clutch cable or hydraulic clutch line, XR DOT brake hoses, washers, fasteners and wiring extensions. Features polished fittings, low‑friction cables, nylon‑coated stainless‑steel braided hoses and brazed fittings (-3 AN). DOT FMVSS‑106 compliant (US certificate). Compatible with ape hangers and 2" risers.

  • The Magnum XR handlebar installation kit ensures an optimal fit and outstanding quality at an economical price.
  • Each kit includes fully plug-and-play throttle and idle cables or extensions for electronic throttle (throttle-by-wire), as well as the corresponding clutch cable or hydraulic line, DOT-compliant XR brake lines, copper washers, the necessary fasteners, and wiring extensions for turn signals and controls.
  • All fittings are carefully polished before the plating process for a refined finish.
  • The supplied cables are engineered to reduce required effort and maximize efficiency, meeting or exceeding original equipment (OE) specifications for fit, construction, and durability.
  • Magnum XR brake lines are built with heavy-duty stainless-steel braid, protected by an abrasion-resistant nylon sheath, to provide superior longevity and an excellent, secure braking response.
  • Kits that include manifolds are manufactured with fully brazed construction to ensure a precise fit and an OEM-like appearance.
  • The manifolds are equipped with -3 AN fittings to simplify assembly and installation.
  • The brake hoses comply with all requirements of the DOT FMVSS-106 standard.
  • This kit is designed for use with ape hanger-style handlebars and 2" risers.
