  • Very wide articulation angles combined with a dual-sliding design: this system greatly reduces the risk of axle binding under large suspension travel conditions.
  • Compatible with 2", 3", 4" and 5" lifts as well as with portal lifts and specific-brand A-arms, for easy adaptation to lifted vehicles.
  • CV joint size increased by 10% to 15% compared with standard joints, offering a larger contact surface and improved durability.
  • Shaft diameter 15% to 20% larger compared to OEM shafts, for increased strength and durability.
  • Shafts manufactured from high-strength chromoly steel, subjected to a double heat treatment to improve toughness and longevity.
  • Boots made from thermoplastic polyester elastomer (TPEE), a durable material providing excellent flexibility and protection against the elements.
  • Boots pre-filled with molybdenum-based grease formulated for high loads, ensuring reliable lubrication and reduced wear of internal components.
  • Inner cage machined from chromoly 4340 material, selected for its strength and fatigue resistance.
  • Precision machining performed by CNC, ensuring tight tolerances and consistent fitment of components.
