  • The result of many years of R&D, Demon Powersports has developed an axle that is both ultra‑durable and affordable, designed for top‑level competition. Our success is built on strict quality control, with extensive testing under extreme conditions before anything reaches the market.
  • These axles use larger dimensions for increased strength and endurance. Demon X‑Treme Heavy Duty Axles feature oversized CV joints and shafts, combined with an exclusive dual heat‑treat process and 4340 Chromoly steel for all components: shaft, housing, cage, race, and balls.
  • The result: significantly increased strength and service life. The cage design has been reengineered for greater reliability, with molybdenum grease providing internal lubrication. Internal components are micro‑polished to prevent any overheating of the CV joints.
  • Thanks to its superior elasticity, 4340 Chromoly steel allows the axle shaft and its components to absorb and contain loads without transferring them to the differential or transmission. The vehicle’s other components are thus better protected.
