  • Each spring is cold‑coiled and then subjected to a controlled heat treatment to stabilize mechanical properties and ensure consistent elasticity.
  • The springs are pre‑set and then ground to the precise required length before being polished—an essential step to achieve optimal performance and a uniform suspension response.
  • Each piece is laser‑engraved on its end with its spring rate (stiffness value) and manufactured in accordance with DIN 2095 grade 1, ensuring traceability and industrial compliance.
  • The manufacturing process includes the following steps: cold coiling, heat treatment, tempering, shot peening, end grinding and polishing — all performed to reduce friction and improve performance.
  • As a finishing touch, the part number is also engraved on the end, allowing clear identification and simplified quality control throughout the product’s lifecycle.
