  • The springs are pre-set (pre-adjusted) and ground to the required length before being polished to deliver optimal performance.
  • All springs are laser-etched at the end with their spring rate and also bear the part number etched on the end.
  • Manufactured to DIN 2095 Grade 1 standard, ensuring precise dimensional and mechanical characteristics.
  • Complete manufacturing process: cold coiling, heat treatment, tempering, shot peening, ground ends and polishing to reduce friction and improve performance, with final part number marking.
