  • Each spring is cold-wound and then heat-treated to ensure strength and long-term durability.
  • The springs are preset and ground to the required length before being polished, ensuring optimal performance.
  • All springs are laser-engraved at the end with their spring rate and are manufactured according to DIN2095, Grade 1.
  • Each part goes through a complete process: cold winding, heat treatment, tempering, shot peening, ground ends, polishing to reduce friction and improve performance, and engraving of the part number on the end.
