  • The springs are pre-set, ground to the specified length, and then polished to deliver consistent performance and improved response
  • Laser marking performed on each spring: the spring rate is engraved on the end for precise identification, and the part number is also applied
  • Manufactured to DIN2095 standard, Grade 1, ensuring tight tolerances and high manufacturing quality
  • Each spring goes through the following production steps:
    • cold coiling
    • heat treatment
    • quenching and tempering (to stabilize mechanical properties)
    • shot peening to increase fatigue resistance
    • end grinding for precise contact
    • polishing to reduce friction and improve performance
    • engraving of the part number and spring rate on the end
