  • Springs are preset and ground to the required length before being polished to optimize performance.
  • All springs are laser-engraved with their spring rate at the end and comply with DIN2095 grade 1.
  • Each part goes through a series of controlled steps: cold coiling, heat treatment, tempering, shot peening, end grinding and polishing to reduce friction and improve performance.
  • The part number is also engraved on the end for full traceability and easy identification.
