  • SKF Dual Compound fork seals stand out for their superior smoothness and enhanced protection against water and dirt, delivering an optimal riding experience. They are manufactured from SKF’s exclusive "Super Low Friction NBR" compounds.
  • They incorporate a robust internal metal reinforcement that effectively supports the sealing lips, reducing fork friction and ensuring increased durability. The two compounds, identified by a green tint and a red tint, play complementary roles: the green part provides strength and secure seating while delivering excellent surface adhesion without increasing friction; the red part, softer and more flexible, conforms to micro-imperfections of the fork tube to allow optimal movement.
  • The design has been completely rethought and now includes a self-cleaning open coil spring designed to increase sealing pressure. This open-coil spring eases mud evacuation, maintains a stable radial load on the sealing lip, and optimizes the contact surface with the shaft.
  • The new internal metal element guarantees the structural integrity necessary to optimize the sealing lips' functions. These lips have been redesigned on both components to offer maximum exclusion of contaminants and improved tracking on the shaft. This product represents the most advanced solution on the fork seal market, combining materials and design for durability, superior performance, and adaptability in all operating conditions.
