  • SKF Dual Compound fork seals feature an innovative design known for delivering superior performance and exceptional smoothness of operation. They provide extreme protection against water and dirt for an optimal riding experience, thanks to SKF’s exclusive "Super Low Friction NBR" compounds.
  • Each seal includes a robust internal metal reinforcement that firmly supports the sealing lips, helping to reduce fork friction and ensure exceptional durability. The two-component system uses a green part and a red part with complementary characteristics: the green part provides strength and longevity while offering excellent surface grip without increasing friction, whereas the red part, softer and more flexible, conforms to the micro-imperfections of the fork tube to allow optimal movement.
  • The design has been completely reworked and now incorporates a self-cleaning open spring intended to increase sealing pressure. This next-generation spring allows mud to pass through the open coil, which ensures a stable radial load on the sealing lip and optimizes the contact surface with the shaft for improved sealing efficiency.
  • The redesigned internal metal component provides the structural integrity necessary to optimize the function of the sealing lips. The lips have been redesigned for both compounds to minimize contaminant ingress and improve shaft tracking. Combining advanced materials and geometry, this product represents the most advanced solution on the fork seal market, offering a unique combination of durability, superior performance and adaptability in all operating conditions.
