  • SKF Dual Compound fork seals, engineered to deliver superior performance, provide exceptionally smooth operation, extreme protection against water and dirt, and contribute to an optimal riding experience. They are made from SKF's exclusive "Super Low Friction NBR" compounds.
  • They incorporate a robust internal metal reinforcement that precisely supports the sealing lips, reduces fork friction, and ensures outstanding durability. The bi-compound design uses two complementary elements: the green section, hard and resistant, provides excellent surface grip without increasing friction, while the red section, soft and flexible, conforms to the micro-imperfections of the fork tube to allow optimal movement.
  • The seals have been completely redesigned and are now equipped with a self-cleaning open-coil spring that increases sealing pressure. This new open-coil spring lets mud pass through the spiral, which maintains a stable radial load on the sealing lip and improves the contact surface with the shaft.
  • A new internal metal component ensures the structural integrity required to optimize the function of the sealing lips. The lips have been redesigned on both components to ensure maximum exclusion of contaminants and to improve shaft tracking.
  • Thanks to this unique combination of materials and geometry, this seal represents the most advanced solution on the market for fork seals, offering durability, superior performance, and adaptability in all operating conditions.
