  • This kit is designed for installation on a single fork tube: two kits are required for a complete fork overhaul.
  • SKF’s innovative Dual Compound seals are renowned for their exceptional performance: very smooth operation, optimal protection against water and dirt, and contribution to an improved riding experience. They are manufactured with SKF’s exclusive "Super Low Friction NBR" compound.
  • A robust internal stamped metal insert securely holds the seal lips in place, which reduces fork friction and ensures remarkable durability.
  • The two compounds used (green and red) have specific properties: the green section provides strength and longevity while maintaining excellent surface adhesion without increasing friction.
  • The red section is soft and flexible: it adapts to micro-imperfections of the fork tube while allowing optimal suspension movement.
  • The fork wiper has been completely redesigned and incorporates an open, self-cleaning spring that increases sealing pressure for improved protection against ingress.
  • The new spring allows mud to flow through the open coil, ensuring a stable radial load on the sealing lip and optimizing contact with the shaft; additionally, a new internal metal element in the wiper and the seal reinforces the structural integrity required for proper lip function.
  • The lips have been redesigned on both components to ensure maximum exclusion of contaminants and improved retention on the stanchion.
