  • SKF Dual Compound fork seals, born from an innovative design, are known for delivering exceptional performance and very smooth operation, along with advanced protection against water and dirt — ensuring an optimal riding experience. They are manufactured from SKF’s exclusive "Super Low Friction NBR" compounds.
  • Each seal incorporates a robust internal metal reinforcement that firmly supports the sealing lips, helping to reduce friction at the fork and ensuring remarkable product longevity.
  • Dual Compound technology pairs two complementary compounds: the green section, hard and durable, provides excellent surface adhesion without increasing friction, while the red section, soft and flexible, adapts to micro-imperfections of the fork tube to allow smooth, optimal movement.
  • The seals have been fully redesigned and now include an open, self-cleaning spring engineered to increase sealing pressure. This open spring lets mud pass through its coil, maintaining a stable radial load on the sealing lip and optimizing the contact surface with the shaft.
  • A new internal metal component ensures the structural integrity essential for proper functioning of the sealing lips: it stabilizes the assembly so the lips can perform their role optimally and durably.
  • The sealing lips have been redesigned on both components to maximize contaminant exclusion and improve tracking on the shaft, thereby reducing ingress and maintaining high performance in all conditions.
