  • The RXF 48 S incorporates several improvements to the lower fork legs: they are now manufactured from a new aluminum alloy to better withstand stone impacts and landings after long jumps.
  • A careful micro-polishing has been applied to the Golden TiN (titanium nitride) surface treatment, which enhances scratch resistance and effectively reduces friction at the bushings and seals.
  • We implemented a new flex-honing process on the inner tubes to ensure an optimal contact surface with the main springs, thereby improving traction and stability for tackling more demanding terrain.
  • The RXF 48 S finish is completed by a new sticker bearing Öhlins’ famous "Ö" logo in the signature blue.
  • New inner tube surface treatment specifically designed to reduce friction and extend the service life of internal components.
  • New decals fitted to protect the outer tube from damage and improve aesthetic durability.
