Deletes FLTR headlight housing and FLHT/FLHX console cover; incompatible with fork boots; no fork lock or steering stops. Made in the USA. Prevents reinstalling the headlight.

  • Designed to convert a 41 mm front end to a 49 mm setup.
  • CNC‑machined 6061‑T6 aluminum upper and lower triple trees, retaining the stock rake/geometry.
  • Stainless steel steering stem for long‑lasting strength.
  • Maintains compatibility with OEM risers and bushings, steering bearings, dust seals, the adjuster nut, and the stem nut.
  • Does not include a steering lock or fork stops.
  • Made in the USA.
  • Requires relocating the ignition switch.
  • Must be used with a complete 49 mm front end from model year 2014 or newer, a wheel assembly, compatible brake rotors and calipers, and a front fender (not included).
  • Eliminates the instrument housing and its cover on FLTR models.
  • Makes the console cover unnecessary on FLHT/FLHX models.
  • Not compatible with fork boots or guards.
  • Installing these components prevents reinstallation of the headlight assembly.
