  • Kit designed for installation on a single fork leg: for a complete fork service, two kits are required.
  • SKF Dual Compound fork seals, at the cutting edge of innovation, stand out for outstanding performance, exceptionally smooth operation, enhanced protection against water and contaminants, and deliver an unrivaled riding experience. They are made with SKF’s exclusive “Super Low Friction NBR” compound.
  • A robust internal stamped metal insert ensures optimal support of the sealing lips, reduces fork friction, and guarantees exemplary durability. The two compounds used, green and red, have dedicated properties: the green zone is strong and durable while maintaining excellent surface grip without increasing friction.
  • The red zone, softer and more flexible, compensates for micro-imperfections in the fork tube while maintaining optimal sliding. The fork wiper has been completely redesigned and incorporates a self-cleaning open-coil spring to increase sealing pressure.
  • This new spring allows mud to evacuate through the open coil, maintaining a stable radial load on the sealing lip and optimizing contact with the shaft. The addition of an internal metal element, both in the wiper and in the seal, ensures the structural integrity necessary for proper lip function.
  • The lips have been redesigned on both components to maximize contaminant exclusion and improve retention on the shaft. This solution represents the most advanced option on the fork seal market, combining exclusive materials and a refined design to deliver increased durability, superior performance, and adaptability under all operating conditions.
