  • Shocks slightly longer than the stock parts can change the rake (caster angle) and make the steering quicker.
  • Conversely, shocks slightly shorter than stock can alter the rake and slow the steering response.
  • Before buying or installing shocks of a different length than stock, check that the modified wheel travel will not cause clearance issues — for example, swingarm/axle contact with the exhaust or chain/belt guard contact with the tire.
  • Recommended for heavy use on motorcycles ridden at or near their maximum load more than 50% of the time.
