  • Designed to install using the vehicle's existing fasteners, with no need for additional mounting hardware in most cases.
  • Warning: shocks shorter than the original length reduce suspension travel, which can negatively affect the motorcycle's comfort and handling.
  • Lowering the motorcycle reduces ground clearance and lean angle; consider this depending on intended use.
  • Before buying or installing shocks of a different length than the original, verify that the change in wheel travel will not cause contact between the swingarm/axle and the exhaust, or between the chain/belt guard and the tire.
  • The original upper shock mounting covers are not compatible with these shocks; plan to replace them if necessary.
  • These shocks are not compatible with rear lowering kits.
  • On some models equipped with OEM offset-mounted shocks, specific installation or modifications may be required.
