  • Cam-adjustable spring preload with 5 positions for easy suspension tuning.
  • Some or all of the shocks listed may be road-legal; consult the most recent certificate for the up-to-date list.
  • Multiple finishes available: fully chrome or black covers, springs and end caps in chrome or black.
  • American-made (Made in the USA).
  • All shocks are measured eye-to-eye.
  • On XL models '86-'15, installing shocks may require modification or the use of spacers at the chain/belt case to ensure sufficient clearance.
  • A shock slightly longer than stock may change the rake angle and make steering a bit quicker.
  • A shock slightly shorter than stock may change the rake angle and slightly slow steering.
  • Heavy-duty versions are recommended for bikes used at or near the manufacturer's maximum load for more than 50% of the time.
  • Before buying or installing shocks of a different length than OEM, verify that wheel travel can be changed without risk of interference (swingarm/axle with the exhaust, or chain/belt guard with the tire).
