  • Slightly longer shocks than stock can alter the rake angle and produce quicker, more responsive steering.
  • Conversely, slightly shorter shocks than stock can affect the rake angle and result in slower steering.
  • Before purchasing or installing shocks with a different length than stock, make sure the changed wheel travel won’t cause clearance issues—such as the swingarm/axle contacting the exhaust, or the chain/belt guard contacting the tire.
  • Recommended for heavy-duty use on motorcycles that are ridden at or near their maximum load more than 50% of the time.
