  • Cam-type spring preload adjustable in 5 positions for quick and easy suspension tuning.
  • Some or all of the shocks listed are street-legal; consult the most recent certificate for the up-to-date list.
  • Multiple style options available: fully chrome or black covers, with springs and end caps in chrome or black finish.
  • Made in the USA.
  • All shocks are measured eyelet-to-eyelet.
  • For installation on XL models (1986–2015), it may be necessary to modify or space the chain/belt guard to ensure sufficient clearance.
  • A shock slightly longer than stock may alter the rake and make the steering quicker.
  • Conversely, a shock slightly shorter than stock may alter the rake and slow the steering.
  • Heavy-duty applications are recommended for motorcycles used at or near the manufacturer's maximum load more than 50% of the time.
  • Before purchasing or installing shocks of a different length than OEM, verify that wheel travel can be changed without risk of interference (swingarm/axle with the exhaust, or chain/belt case with the tire).
